CEO
Mike Loginov
Mike Loginov is an award winning cybersecurity author, industry speaker and high profile thought leader. He is CEO at GTI responsible for managing the organization internationally. Following an early career in the UK military as a secure communications engineer he has worked at the top level of central government, policing and law enforcement as well acting in the capacity of CISO for multi National organizations and on CNI defense for nation states. Mike was a founder and lecturer for the National MBA in Cybersecurity with Coventry University and was voted CISO of the year in the UK National Cybersecurity Awards and twice finalist in the Global Certified CISO of the Year. He has operated as CEO level in the industry for over two decades and his book ‘CISO Defenders of the Cyber Realm’ is available from Amazon.

Managing Director
David Cox
David has implemented and scaled out U.S. allied nation state cyber security operations in the Middle East, including the design, development, deployment and operations of "full-take" defense network infrastructure. David is also a proficient software developer. David jointly developed network security and secure voice over IP systems with MITRE and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. David also developed the first network infrastructure security system that was "certified secure" by Underwriter Laboratories' ULCAP 2900. In 2017 David funded and is a principal partner in Derivtion, a company that provides Structured Protection Instruments (SPIs) to Financial Institutions and others seeking catastrophic operational and cyber risk protection that exceed $500 million per incident annually. A Derivtion SPI is Basil III compliant and provides a 1 to 1 reduction in regulatory capital requirements for participating financial institutions.

Managing Partner and Founder
Barrie E. Drum
Ms. Drum is a Managing Partner and founding member of GTI LLC. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner who has over twenty years of experience in leading and conducting forensic accounting and cybersecurity investigations and providing clients with litigation support services in the private and public sectors. During that time she gained a specialization in white collar crime investigations for non-profits and financial institutions. Ms. Drum has assisted United States Attorney Offices, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, U.S. Customs, and the Internal Revenue Service in the investigation and prosecution of alleged fraudulent activities. She has developed corporate ethics and compliance programs for major US entities. She was appointed as member of the National steering committee of a Big Four accounting firm for the Forensic and Litigation Services Practice and assisted in the development of internal professional practice standards and the forensic staff training program. She has been named as a testifying expert in both litigation and criminal matters. Prior to working as a consultant Ms. Drum gained over ten years of experience in the banking industry serving both as the head of the credit department and as a commercial lender at a large super regional bank. She has built an extensive network of personal contacts across many industries over her career which has afforded her successful transition to a business development role. In recent years Ms. Drum has concentrated her professional efforts in cybersecurity by assisting clients with marketing, sales and business development. She has developed targeted marketing campaigns and secured and built channels with strategic partners. Ms. Drum graduated from the Pennsylvania State University where she held leadership positions in the Chi Omega sorority. She serves on the board of Maryland Opera. She has held various leadership positions with the American Bar Association’s Women Rainmakers special interest group.

Cybersecurity Strategy & Transformation Director
Kent Kettell
Kent Kettell is an experienced nuclear submarine officer and Engineering Duty Officer. Kent has a knack for innovation that helps organizations improve and is often called on to improve quality and performance. Facilitating transformation, he recently assisted CISA with the documentation of processes. Before that, he served as Managing Director and Information Security Officer for Reprivata, an innovative firm that protects data and privacy through Community of Trust networks. Kent treats cybersecurity risks with the same zeal as mitigating risks to submarine or reactor safety. It takes the same mindset to protect and defend, so he designs systems to self-monitor and protect. With systems experience from submarines to satellites and aircraft carriers, Kent creates opportunities to understand the details that make technical and organizational systems flourish by improving throughput using constraint management techniques. In his previous role, he was a senior Information Technology Specialist within the Department of Homeland Security. He served in many technology roles, managing classified and unclassified networks for 600+ locations, restoring IT service management reliability for a 10,000-user organization and leading the infrastructure upgrade to support the transition to Win10 and Microsoft 365. Before joining DHS, Kent served as Director of Strategic Services for Realization Technologies, Inc. As an Executive Consultant for large corporations, he led transformations to improve project management focus, control, and communications to improve mission readiness, cash flow, and profit. As a subject matter expert and Theory of Constraints Jonah, Kent has over 30 years of experience leading teams, restoring lackluster programs to maturity, bringing focus to complex systems, creating new systems to manage quality and process improvements, and leading large-scale transformations in the military, government, and private industry. His recent innovations are intended to support large-scale transformations toward cyber maturity.

Derek Huyser
With a solid track record in assisting growth via company development, strategic initiatives, and customer management, Derek Huyser is an accomplished executive and enthusiastic entrepreneur. Derek, who graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, has vast expertise in a range of sectors, including digital advertising, data protection, and financial services. As the founder and CEO of H6 Partners LLC, he offers early-stage technology startups strategic advice and investment with an emphasis on establishing fundamental business processes and achieving product-market fit. Derek has a wide history in company development, leadership, and entrepreneurship and has contributed significantly to the success of a number of organizations, including Excelaca, AdYapper, Gravitas, and Apogee Strategies.

Cybersecurity SOC Consultant
Grant Kettell
Grant Kettell has been working in IT operations in the private and government sector since 2012. Transitioning into more of a focus on cyber security, Grant got his GISF certification through the SANS Insitute Work Study program in the fall of 2019. Since then, Grant has been a part of different teams implementing cybersecurity tools and policies. Starting as a helpdesk support technician, Grant has great communication skills and focuses on finding simple solutions to complex problems.
